FAQ
Questions teams ask before they switch
Is Admisio a project-management tool?
No — and that's the point. Admisio covers the part before the project exists: collecting requests, scoring them and reaching a decision. Once something is approved, hand it to Jira, Planner or whatever runs delivery.
Do requesters need an account?
No. Anyone can submit through a public link. They confirm by email and get a portal where they follow progress, answer questions and edit until a decision is made.
What does the AI actually do — and can it decide for us?
It drafts. AI can propose a form from a description, suggest edits, and write a first read of a request with suggested scores and gaps. Everything it writes is marked as a draft until a reviewer confirms it. AI never moves a request or sets a final score.
Can our own agents or scripts use it?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise include an API and a connection for AI agents. Agents can file requests and draft reviews; your team confirms them. Details are in the developer guide.
Where is our data hosted and who can see it?
Your data is hosted in the EU. Every workspace is isolated; roles limit reviewers to the requests dashboard; every key creation, correction and API write is in the audit log.
Can we start small and grow into it?
Yes. The Free plan runs one live form with two reviewers and 50 active requests. Upgrade when you need more forms, export, integrations or AI pre-review — your data and setup stay exactly where they are.
